LixMy first steps at getting the #emf2024 badge hooked into my home automation system, so I can use it as a little RGB mood light. Here, my server is sending instructions to the badge via MQTT
Coedy@GlitchEngine funnily enough I planned on trying to work out how to use it as a notification light for next to my tv or something too! I hate bings and bongs but having a light next to the tv flash via Home Assistant if my doorbell goes off late at night (but no audible Bing bong from the bell) while my daughter is in bed would be great!
@PeterEbenezer Sounds great! The badge team did such a good job of making it fun and totally reusable this year
