I’ve found the Managing Complex Change model to be useful when taking on a new leadership role or in the aftermath of reorgs.

A team needs all 5 of these to execute successfully

1. Vision
2. Skills
3. Incentives
4. Resources
5. Action plan

Each of these is critical as shown below
