Amusing how Kathleen Parker & WaPo wanted to sound fancy by not using "weaponizing," but she's just wrong.

"Weaponing" is to furnish with weapons, e.g., "the armorer was weaponing the soldiers."

The word she means is "weaponizing," i.e., "to adapt for use as a weapon."

I genuinely thought it was a typo. That it was purposeful is embarrassing (for her & WaPo).

it's worth noting that some of the Jan. 6 criminals *used flag poles* as literal weapons. Those same criminals used those same flag poles to carry very specific flags. The same flags Alito & his wife hoisted in front of their home.

So, the actual weaponing AND weaponizing was done by MAGA. Dems are just identifying a thing for what it is. Facts matter.
