@blake @jonty someone left a number of pieces of analysis equipment (or components thereof) containing radioactive sources at the swap shop. they likely didn't realise what was inside, until someone in the nuclear industry spotted them and raised the alarm. I think one is still unaccounted for.

@gsuberland @blake @jonty we have recovered two but we don't know if there were any more. They are safe unless disassembled but they look quite old so we would like to dispose of them responsibly.
