With all of the insults Juan Merchan has had to put up with & considering the fact that his crimes were possibly responsible for the election results, Iβd give him four years in jail consecutively on all 34 counts.

Defendants have a first amendment right to badmouth the judge. An excessive sentence is one of the few likely successful grounds for winning an appeal. The way he ran this trial, Merchan demonstrated that being from Colombia is not a fatal flaw in a judge. And I would have said that regardless of the outcome.
I may steal "that felonious guy".
