One day this will type of stuff will end up mandatory, and even if it’s local it’s being fed into an AI. This stuff will get abused.
Lance, Enjoying Copious Pollen@gamingonlinux Agreed that it's creepy and evil, and a good reason to consider Linux as an alternative.
That said, it may only be deployed to machines with certain hardware. I have no doubt people more clever than I will figure out how to neuter it.
As best as I can understand it, it's also somehow tied to Copilot. I have Copilot (and the horrid Cortana) disabled on my one Windows PC using ShutUp10.
