Europeans again prove to be more special than the rest of us. We got retarded #politicians paid by #microsoft to shut up about it. The #EU simply says, fuck you Microsoft, get your fuckin #software out of there if the user so chooses. #windows11 sucks just like the other 10 windows. Nothing new, basically it makes your old PC slower and runs like your old PC on newer hardware. On top of that, instead of taking advantage of ram and processor power, they want you to use a website for #office apps

@baggab how is the performance on that little thing?

I got me a cheap office computer from #fleabay to do photo and music storage. It performs ok but I want better.

@werefreeatlast the Performance is Great...I had to chuck Win 11...Mint and Ubuntu work fine

I've maxed them out for Summer, when low Watt / low Heat matter.

@baggab I have mostly Linux computers here too. I hate having to use #windows11 at work. We basically downgraded by buying better hardware and then putting this dumb shit in it.

The way things are going it sounds like windows is about to jump into AI and try to make chips be proprietary enough to leave Linux out of any of the fun. I sure hope not. We use Linux for a reason...many a reason.
