Why would we expect any version of feminism from sports leagues that are exclusively for men?

Honestly I have never had a desire to support men's sports. They're based on sexism and exclusion. When there is an equivalent women's league, the women make far less money for far better performance. Every dollar that you put into men's sports is a dollar that supports the status quo: that men should be able to make a living in sports, but women should not.

For years I've been committed to avoiding men's sports until/unless non-gendered or women's leagues have gained equal or greater popularity.

Male sports supremacy is based on two false assumptions: that men are inherently more athletic, and men require more money because they have families to support.

All of the arguments about why men's sports are more popular and more lucrative, and therefore pay better, can only be made because individuals like us choose to support them.

And side note: we need better options for Black men than winning scholarships that pave the way to racist sports leagues which exploit their bodies for the profit gain of white team owners.
