What are these warehouse store things called? Not strip mall but something else?

They’re sort of a hybrid between a strip mall and a business park. I see them in some areas. Two stories always, and a very warehousy design.

A Power Strip?

I think a power centre is a generic strip mall.

The thing I photographed is closer to commercial strata warehouse I think.
