Trump's clan is the perfect proof, that presidential candidates need to be subject to mandatory security clearance procedures, including mental health checks, especially for Antisocial Personality Disorder (Sociopathy).

Once this current snarl is combed out there should be some mechanism to ensure there are judges the president hasn't appointed available to preside over any legal proceedings for presidents. (IMHO)
