Do your best to help them out
Not my business to artificially accelerate someone’s path through life.
We are all masters of our own destiny, I suggest you grow up and acknowledge other people’s humanity.
Unfortunately no, that again sounds like steering a very intimate part of someone else’s life.
It’s more prudent and tactful to be a good friend who listens, and the two of you go out to have fun whether it’s hiking or checking out a restaurant, or what have you.
If they seem unhappy about something, talk with them, be a good friend. But don’t go digging into someone else’s life, preloaded with suggestions, that’s not organic, and a poor-quality friendship.
