Kinetic energy of a 9 mm bullet = ½*m*v² = 0.5*0.0039kg*(610m/s)² = 729 J
Avg. durian weighs ~4 kg
Ek of a falling durian = 0.5*4kg*(19.8m/s)² = 784 J
