and gohmert, although gone, has a successor.... and may no longer be considered the dumbest who ever served.
It's been brought up a couple times on CNN and MSNBC.... so the DA will have to be aware of it as well... one can hope.... this judge seems to be mostly no-nonsense

So disappointing that the fictional comic in my brain is so close to reality.
