One of the most unique books I found this year was Chinchillustrator by Rachel Bard!
It's a tiny comic about an artist looking through their old childhood sketchbooks, which it actually embeds in the book as even tinier books you can flip through!
Great example of really taking advantage of comics as a physical medium. Also picked up A Splendid Beast which is similarly inventive!
Sunday #TCAF haul. I definitely went all in on food/cooking themed comics this year!
Also snapped a shot of Kamome Shirahama's original sketch after her talk!
