Riley S. Faelan@AnarchistArt Historically, this hasn't always been the case. For example, in parts of Northeastern USA, there was a period in time when police jobs were often inheritable in Irish families.
And, of course, then there was the Hindu practice of assigning people into the Kshatriya caste at birth, based on their parents' caste. A clear example of how evil the caste system is, as if we needed more of these.
