RxBradThe Helldivers 2 devs had a cool, fun in-universe role-playing thing going with the community.
Unfortunately, any gamer community eventually exposes itself to be complete trash. "Content creators" are absolutely falling all over each other right now to manufacturer as much sponsored faux-outrage as possible, and the gamers are just eating it all up.
Just note how many references to this whole "drama" have an air of gleeful giddiness.
