Anyone skilled at GNOME icon design, I’d love your help! I have a little companion app for Home Assistant that loads your dashboard—pretty simple, but I didn’t want to name it “Home Assistant” since it’s not official. I went with “Butler” (think about it…) since it’s been kicking around in my brain for a while.

Buuuut I need a distinct icon! I’d love for it to be recognizable as Home Assistant related without looking like an official Home Assistant app.

@cassidy WOW! Awesome app!!! Love this, going to simplify kiosk/tablet use outside of android! sweet! It looks really nice thanks for the work on that!

Just a suggestion >> look at this: https://github.com/joshuar/go-hass-agent ... I wonder if that's something even possible, because with a nice systemd service >> BOOM that also reports client data back to your HA instance and since you thankfully distribute this through Flatpak, the app is also Steamdeck compatible.

@thenexus7 ooooh this is probably a bit beyond what I personally can commit to tackling, but I would *love* for this to be integrated into Butler. That’s the major difference between it and the mobile apps: you don’t get the reporting back to HA.
