You should not be charged for inbound traffic that you DROP.

@SpaceLifeForm @jonty I'm half expecting a charge from AWS when you're behind on payments and AWS drops the API call itself with "S3 Bucket requests exceeded existing budget." messages.

That's basically the banking overdraft method, after all.
