@listrophy @sindarina 750 people greatly enjoyed last year’s event, which proved to be a welcome addition to all of the smaller, more regional conferences + RailsConf. I hope 1,000 attendees will benefit from attending this year. That's what we help enable.
It's fine if anyone equates Rails World to DHH, but I don’t.
@roy @listrophy It’s a Rails conference specifically started so DHH could keynote, after the existing conference told him he was no longer welcome.
So it’s kind of inextricably linked to him, even if you like to pretend that it isn’t.
@sindarina @listrophy You apparently have some inside knowledge I don’t, so I’m not going to argue with that.
