Am I the only one who finds it mildly infuriating that instruction for resistance/strength/martial arts training tend to bang on about exhaling - exhale for power, strength! Exhale while pushing! Etc.... But rarely mention inhaling?

In some cases, like when doing rapid repetitions of a movement (say, jabs) I struggle to figure out when I should be breathing IN!
