👉 Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding a dumbbell in each hand at shoulder height, palms facing inward.

👉 Lower into a squat position, keeping your back straight and chest up.

👉 As you come up from the squat, simultaneously press the dumbbells overhead until your arms are fully extended.

👉 Lower the dumbbells back to shoulder height as you squat down again, completing one rep.
