Attached: 1 image You can make a LF-camera (4x5") yourself. I know, as I did it. In the early eighties, when I didn't have enough money to buy one. The (repro) lens was a gift, which I had built into a shutter at Compur. The instructions came from a teacher in Neuwied (Germany). I had read about it an a photographic magazine. Offline. On paper. Go figure... :) Still have those photocopied papers somewhere. #photography #diy #camera #wood #largeformat #4x5

@short.cipher It was spontaneous idea when the cam was done. It was a simple pocket loupe. 😁
No PC those days yet, no 3D-printer. Had to built it with saw and file and drill.
I must admit: I like yours better. ;)
