@mdione Yeah, that one stood out to me, too, in the original text of the original toot, which I merely reproduced here. (Like I said, "reposting"; sorry if that wasn't clear.)

Anyway, I'm not sure why the original poster chose that word, but he seem to be an expert in UBI and suchlike, so I guessed maybe it's a term of art in those circles?
