Getting healthy is such a personal journey. Do what works best for you. Keep trying new things till something works.

Not gonna lie, this isn’t that bad. Especially if the dressing you drench them in is fatty instead of carby
Can you tell me how eating half a plate of meat and cheese is supposed to be “not that bad”?
I mean, it really depends on the details. I didn’t exactly claim these were balanced meals, and honestly I don’t think cheese has a significant negative impact on people. But we’re comparing it to heavy-carb foods (especially “salads” such as potato salad), and to foods that lack in nutrition. These salads have a lot of nutrition and not a lot of carbs. Salt is probably the big problem for most of this.
People need salt. If you don’t eat salt, your body can’t retain water or conduct nerve signals. If you’re chronically dehydrated and unable to conduct nerve signals, your life sucks.
Yeah, but I’m just saying people need to watch their salt.
Everybody knows that already though. Almost nobody seems to know that it’s dangerous to take in insufficient salt.
