@yassie_j @millions @Techaltar I just found an article on it. When people got mad dbrand defended it by saying they gave a proper support response first. And the post is still up. Like holy fuck

@arctic there's was so far from a proper response, dbrand must have a really awful social media/brand management rep... imagine doubling down.
