by trying to fix some weird error preventing me from connecting to 3DS online for some reason I've managed to get banned from nintendo.
not sure if I should be annoyed or proud, but this was the best moment to get this.

not really no one, I am watching a stream of someone playing and there's 24 minutes left apparently. that is why I'm saying it's the best moment to get banned.

and yeah I know of @pretendo and I will use it, at least when I figure out how to make the pretendo profile not be signed into the nintendo profile and telling me the password is wrong (it's not wrong you're just connecting to a different service dumb console)
