Now he has criticized a Brazilian supreme court justice and called for his resignation, but Brazil then responds by opening an obstruction of justice inquiry into Elon Musk, which could have legal consequences for the billionaire and his social media platform.
Does the USA extradite to Brazil?

And they do not extradite ultrarich guys, even less.
But that does not keep Brazil from banning Musk's beloved X, the relevant apps, etc etc.
Considering that X is headed that way in a number of jurisdictions (e.g. probably the EU too), X will soon become even more US-only.
