"In a letter to Israel’s attorney general and defense and health ministers, obtained by Haaretz, the doctor said the conditions at Sde Teiman field hospital compromise inmates’ health and violate medical ethics."

@j_g_fitzgerald @QasimRashid It's when people are cuffed so tightly for so long that they have lasting nerve and/or circulatory damage. Long term nerve damage is very common from handcuff injuries in the USA. Amputations is another level.
