Emily KGoing on family vacation & after missing a connecting flight due to a proper #Delta screwup & having to take a 3rd plane, we arrived 5 hours late at #CVG. Then at 11 pm, plane full of screaming babies, they couldn't line up the jet bridge or open the door properly, so after 45 mins of trying, we had to move to another gate. Obviously this is a #boeing plane.
When we talk about how bad flying has gotten, it's the fees, & the legroom, & the #boeing stuff, sure, but it's this crap too. Death by a thousand cuts. We could have had high speed rail, but instead we're stuck with all this
One more followup because this trip honestly couldn't have gone more poorly: did you know those baggage receipts that they give you actually don't mean anything? Like they do NOT, in fact, tell you where your bag is. They only tell people how your day should have gone & therefore where the bag might be.
