@randfish Do you know where the Datos data actually comes from? I'm looking at their site but all their partner quotes are attributed to "Extension Developer" or "Mobile App Owner" so I can't figure out who their partners actually are or what the opt-in process looks like.
@williamoconnell they don't share their partners or apps publicly (intentionally as that's part of their comp adv). But I've matched the data up to public filings by companies and analytics packages and can say it's quite accurate.
@randfish I'm less worried about the accuracy and more worried about the ethics. "Tens of millions of people have given informed consent to send us their browsing activity" is a tough claim to believe without any supporting details, particularly given the history of vendors making similar claims where the answer turned out to be malware.
