“The court finds that the defendant has myriad opportunities to raise the claim of presidential immunity well before March 7, 2024”—the date when Trump filed his immunity motion.

@GottaLaff Laffy, this is so #Wompwomp it is almost bigly womply. I loved Judge Engoron and I already love Judge Merchan ever more. This is so precise, and goes to painful detail to lecture the Trump Court Jesters and Trumpo himself, about how to behave in his court... I love this so much
