Special treatment would be if LGBTQ+ people didn't have to pay taxes. You know, like churches.

No they don't. If they were, the spent money would be tax-deductible, and then they wouldn't pay any tax!
In other words, if your church is paying taxes, then it means the money is not being used for charitable purposes.
