Jim Hill@mijustin I’m not sure if this is the same absolutely everywhere, but I’d suggest that beyond housing, it is land. Such a massive topic which has kept me fascinated for years. It’s such a hard issue to tackle and understand, being so deeply rooted in history/inheritance/capital/economics/power 🤯
