@shanselman Hi Scott, I'm a developer/scientist at https://www.bennett.ox.ac.uk/ and we run https://www.opensafely.org/ - an open and transparent platform for privacy-preserving analysis of health records. We make extensive use of GitHub for SSO and loads of our infra relies on it (and generally we love it!). One of our researchers has had their acct suspended for a couple of weeks for and we've had no response from support messages. Do you have a recommendation for escalation? 🙏
