@jon I ask having once watched a local drama in four acts;
Boat gets stuck after flood
Small crane tips into canal trying to rescue boat.
Bigger crane … wait for it … tips over trying to lift the small crane. (yes really). Road closed to fascinated onlookers.
Humongous crane eventually lifts both cranes and the by now very sad looking boat. Road reopens after about three weeks of detours.
