@howiecohen Ah jeez. See, I took your journey a few years ago, went from 220 to 140-something. Then my knees and ankles and (for some reason) a pandemic decided I couldn’t (wouldn’t?) run anymore. Back up to 190s until I put my foot down in January. Down 25, and it’s not even hard, but … no candy, no snacks. It’s the only way the martinis are still in the budget. (Picture of health over here.)
