@apoc182 Problem is natural is not studied as much because it can not be patented. So pharma is not interested.

Remains anecdotal. Which can be equally or even more convincing to some/many. Esp. If synthetic does not offer a solution.

@Omega_Scribet fair. Not saying natural is a bad choice. Everything else even, I'd choose a natural solution over a synthetic one.

Just saying the appropriate metric when assessing medication is evidence. Though I grant you that can be hard when not enough research has been conducted.
