Mapping Animal Ramps

YouTube
Castledermot Historical Society let me know about theirs, and someone in France has since mapped one for fish. There must be loads of those fish steps in rivers still; I had never even considered them. I guess I was a bit biased towards legged animals, shame on me. 🐟 🐡

The "dry" animal ramps seem like an old variation on `amenity=loading_dock`, just without an actual building.

@InsertUser I suppose that would be an alternative.
@InsertUser maybe we should differentiate between ramps that help animals for the animals' sake (like the duckling ones) and ones that actually benefit humans. Either way, I've added amenity=loading_dock und See also on the wiki.
