When you compare their track records and policies it’s clear which boomer you should vote for. When you pretend that Jesus Christ should come down from heaven and get 97% of the vote, cuz this is Murica, well yeah that sounds delusional.

That isn’t democracy, it’s the illusion of choice. Presented to us by two private political organizations with zero accountability who can run anyone they want and who work together to ensure there is no other option.
I can’t say you’re wrong, but is there a person who more than 50% of citizens would actually be happy to vote for? The options we’re presented aren’t great, and I’m certain a better one could be chosen. But reaching a full 50%+ seems like a tall order in the current political environment.
