@frameworkcomputer some managers need training on remote administration, but this is mostly a cultural issue that cannot be fixed without boardmember buyin. Good luck making them change / taking away their special building where they get to feel important all day.
That official policy is unhinged. Maybe shareholders should take action against these crazy companies? Metrics consistently show wfh is efficient; these people are serving their egos, not shareholders/ customers
Why would you want to get promoted at a big corporation? They just put on salary and ask you to do unpaid overtime.

I’d love to have a slightly wider variety of ThinkPad keyboards to test fit.
