@PanicAtTheCostco @Hunter hi! i was just talking with a friend today about how strong the NM AK connection seems to be. i lived in SE for a hot minute (Juneau, Petersburg, and Wrangell). about to move full time to Anchorage again but imagine ill wind up in SE again longer term. where in NM do you hail from?
@Hunter I agree! Alaska and New Mexico are weirdly similar in a lot of ways. I lived in SE New Mexico ( worst part of the state lol) Good luck on your move to Anchorage! And if you find any hatch chiles up there let me know.
@PanicAtTheCostco I lived in Carlsbad for 3 months working in clinics as part of my training (and another month in Alamogordo) so feel you in those areas being.... we'll just diplomatically say less than ideal. Southern NM food is amazing though. Best restaurant i've eaten at in my life was in Deming (Irma's). I'll keep an eye out for chile in Anchorage. Are there any chile places in Juneau?
