I think you put too much trust in russian military services. Always when you come up with conspiracy theory inside Russia remind yourself of #prigozin and his #coup.
They were bombarding highways to stop Prigozin from entering Moscow.
Please don't spread fake news and just accept that Russian security forces failed miserably.
