The point of the ad isn't the number of deaths, it's the horrific circumstances, the vast incompetence, open-air stupidity, shirking of responsibility and lack of empathy on daily display during the former administration, which is all useful given our short memories.

But I wouldn't call the democrats response to this pandemic "good" in any sense of the word.
The bar was SO LOW, and they went with... mostly the same policies. "Vaccines-only, masks suck, this is the new normal, learn the live with it, fuck the vulnerable."
It's a complete and utter moral and scientific failing of both parties.

@flexghost @MisterMoo It's pretty simple: I want Biden and his administration to actually try to stop covid rather than pretending its over and then making "Mission Accomplished" style videos about it.
We still lose a 9/11 every few weeks to covid, but Biden and the rest of the Democrat clowns don't ever wear or talk about masks, etc. They don't even do the bare minimum to protect themselves or others.
