@mok0 You’re right. It was an impromptu interview in June 2018 on the White House lawn with Fox News. No hot mic, out in the open, on camera. It was widely reported at the time. I forgot, probably because his egregious behaviour has largely been normalized. He’s been telling us he wants to be a dictator for years.
