Patrik@djoerd I could live with such a tax although I consider an inheritance tax the easier solution. It would be easier to implement maybe at the cost of an unsteady cash flow.

@djoerd Maybe not only, as sometimes a price increase is wanted (e.g. carbon tax). Still, when you die, all of your properties have to be transferred to new owners anyway. So, it should be easy to give a fraction to the state.
