Like so many people in the #DirtyT orbit, this is too little too late.

There are many people in America who consider Mike Pence a hero. I view him as an evil and stupid villain.

The closest Mike Pence (and Nikki Hailey) analogy I can think of is a person who associates with a child molestor. Later, that person visits a school and says, “Hey! I didn’t touch any kids.”

Doing the right thing doesn’t make you a hero. But willingly associating with evil people makes you a villain. And if the people you associate with are evil enough, the stain never washes off.

Pence says he won't endorse Trump

"It should come as no surprise that I will not be endorsing Donald Trump," Pence said Friday in an interview on Fox News.

@twiblr While I dislike most of Pence's policies and general ideology, he could've folded to pressure and severely shat on Biden's election (more than it already was). Same for Brian Kemp and Brad Raffensperger. I know it's the lowest bar imaginable (upholding the law), but I genuinely thought our imperfect voting republic might utterly collapse, and I'm still somewhat thankful to the few Republicans who saw the election through despite propaganda-driven political headwinds.

You’ll remember weak Mike for doing the right thing once.

I’ll remember Mike Pence for causing the worst AIDS outbreak in Indiana history by trying to pray the drugs away and I’ll remember him for ripping babies from immigrant mothers arms *never* to be returned and his false Christian “values” and begging #DirtyT to get on the ticket.

It’s all how you frame the story I guess.

@twiblr I'm capable of remembering multiple things at once, and one good thing is still better than all bad things.

@MaierAmsden I think where we differ is that I think we really need to shun people who do bad things. I believe we both agree that no person is perfect. But Mike Pence did enough evil in the world and showed enough bad judgement to warrant public shaming.

And while I’m thankful for the one time that he did his job, he still is the guy who had sexual relations with a goat and that’s what he will always be known as to me. The goatf*cker.

Or as I like to call him: weak Mike.

@twiblr Some good people do bad things and some bad people do good things. I'm ok with acknowledging this basic reality.

This is a start of what Pence deserves. Utter and complete humiliation.

I hope he disappears off the landscape like Dick Cheney/GWB, the actual worse people alive right now (when measured by causing meaningless human misery.)

I have nothing but contempt in my heart for weak Mike. If he ever appears near my house at a public event, I will show up with a bucket of rotten tomatoes.

The Lonely, Bleak Coda to Mike Pence’s Political Career

The former vice president has gone all out to win Iowa. But is anyone listening?

@MaierAmsden I’ll put it another way: willing or not, weak Mike was a participant in January 6th. He was part of everything that happened up until that date.

I’m not religious, but if I were him, I would be concerned about going to hell if I were him.

Weak Mike sucks. And the fact that he participated in that administration, was willing to go out and DEFEND #DirtyT after January 6th shows how terrible his judgement is.
