Once again, neoliberalism laid the foundations of fascism. But that’s not the (whole) lesson… Neoliberal folks are still using X, calling it Twitter to make themselves feel better, and pining for the good old days. And there’s the real lesson: When neoliberalism turns into fascism, neoliberals will adapt to life under fascism. Right, class dismissed.

@maybit It's hard to scale #DIY servers at a cheap price, this is why people keep choceing to use the #dotcons as they "scale" ideas that are not the #geekproblem please.

WikiParty@witchescauldron @aral "Neoliberal" refers to economic policy; fascism is a type of politics. There's no incompatibility at all; the archetypal example being Pinochet's coup which installed both at once.
