SFLC IndiaCPIL and SFLC.in's writ petition challenging the surveillance programmes, #CMS, #NETRA and #NATGRID, was listed for hearing today before the Delhi High Court. The matter is now listed on 16th August 2024. A transfer petition was filed before the Supreme Court, on which notice was issued on 10th October 2023.
