Presumably that's because someone forgot to include her engagement/marriage rings on her digitally added hand 🙄

@Phil_Tanner It's the left hand of Princess Charlotte, seen in this photo on the right, that has been digitally altered. The Guardian has a more detailed photo (see link below) showing the alteration. Whether this is sinister :-) or not, is another question, but the photo has definitely been altered.
