They said I got horrible rash from wheat cereal but went away once switched to rice. Read it long time ago but forgot that part. Mom said her dr said foster fam didn’t know anything ignore it. I self diagnosed wheat intolerance at 50. People thought I was making it up. wonder how much life allergies could have been avoided? Funny huh
